Very quick turn around, professional and on time. refrigerator was warm, and would leak, Fuse HVAC diagnosed realized it was the defrost sensor, ordered the part and fixed the issue. Would recommend 10/10

I woke up to a leak under my refrigerator and called FUSE. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the phone call to the service. I really appreciated their prompt response and honesty about replacing my ice maker vs replacing the whole refrigerator. I will definitely keep their card and use their services again.

Our washing machine would not drain. I called a number of appliance repair operations, and Fuse was the only one that picked up the phone and answered my call. Tina, was able to schedule a technician Mike and Ross to come to my house and diagnose the problem that same day. He was able to identify the problem and order the part. Three business days later, he installed the part and everything’s working fine. I will definitely use Fuse again anytime I need any of our appliances or furnace looked at.
My central heating unit went out thought I would have to wait a week or two to get it all ordered and scheduled I called fuse they said it might be a week but hold on let me call you back they did with in a half hour and said they could install Saturday witch was too days after I called! Thought it was a mistake at first couldn’t believe it would be that quick the guys were clean quick and on point I would highly recommend this company you just don’t see service like that anymore

These guys come out and inspect the entire unit top to bottom, telling you what’s wrong and then giving you tips on other stuff to check out. They give you next steps of what they think you should do too. I’ve never found it to be a waste, even if they can’t get to the issue directly. Always on time and efficient.
FUSE is the greatest. Installed heat pump HVAC for us a couple years ago then installed a heat pump water heater then induction cooktop. 5 year biannual no cost inspection of HVAC was included with purchase. Tech was just here for inspection, on time, and professional.
Alex was amazing and diagnosed and fixed our oven as soon as he could get the parts. Especially important before Christmas. Would highly recommend FUSE. Communication was excellent from diagnosed to repair. I also liked seeing a picture of the technician before he arrived.

Jason, the technician who came to diagnose what was causing my wash machine to make an odd noise when I turned it on and ultimately leak all the water out when it ultimately stopped mid cycle. He did diagnose two possibilities for this problem.He was very efficient and the company will send me a written diagnoses with the cost to fix one or both problems. $75:00 well spent. He explained both possible problems so I understood each one.
So pleased with Fuse HVAC! Our heater died and we received an appointment right away. Our technician, Dan, was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the part for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use Fuse again!

Excellent technician Michel helped me with a freezer issue. He pulled the refrigerator out and throughly cleaned the back and underneath. Grateful everything was alright and not a problem. Michel was respectful and very professional.He also helped me with suggestions for heater vent issues.
I really appreciate they scheduled the service for the very next day. I love the text notification of when the service technician will arrive along with a picture of the technician. We ordered a part for a refrigerator but were never offered to have it expedited! We were given the impression the part might come the same day if not the next day. It was 4 days total to get it fixed. We would’ve been happy to pay the extra fee to get it next dayOnce it’s fixed, you have to wait eight hours to put the food back in the fridge.The technician was very nice, the price was reasonable but having it take 4 days was uncalled for and very unfortunate!In hindsight, I should’ve called around to see if anybody had the part in stock.
Couldn't be easier to call and get a technician here for an urgent gas leak in a dryer within hours. It was clear the technician knew his field very well (small language barrier to overcome but that was minor). The efficiency, reasonable pricing, and the use of technology to update us on the technician's location, and use of technology to accept credit cards and send an invoice immediately over text was impressive. I will be using them again for whatever comes up next.

I highly recommend Fuse HVAC!!!We called them to replace our old furnace with a heat pump and they arrived same day to provide an estimate. Their pricing was very affordable compared to some of the other companies in town.We were very pleased to find out that even in the middle of a heat wave they had an installation appointment the following week. Installation only took 6 hours to remove my old furnace and install the new system!!They are very professional, courteous, and happy to answer any questions and walk you through the entire process.
Contact us, response timely, correct questions from you, all good. Per your request I sent photos. The sunlight exposed spec tag fonts needed darkening, which I did. Unfortunately the service tech copy of this/his photo was illegible to bring the correct refrigerant to my unit. He had to return to shop n get the R-22. If your business model is online, Ask your techs in the future can they read the requirements of the job. He went came back, job professionally n timely completed as scheduled.
